I have been waiting for this momentous day for so long.

Soul Shift is finally out in the world!

Over the past few months, I’ve shared a lot of personal details about the writing process—the personal challenges I faced, the aspects of the book I fought for, and how it turned out differently (and better!) than I ever expected.

But… I haven’t told you why I wrote it.

The reason can be summed up in three words:

I kept hearing it in the voices and in the stories of those with whom I interacted online and in person, both in my professional life and in my personal life.

Between the demands of work and parenting, endless distractions, and constant breaking news, we feel caught in a loop of drudgery and despair. What I kept hearing over and over again was:

“I am desperate to find some joy and inner peace in the everyday.”

When we feel like we’re barely surviving in a world brimming over with suffering and discord, does the idea of finding joy seem impossible? Maybe even selfish?

Joy is a process. Soul Shift is a book, and an experience to help you find it. If you’re ready to take a journey that elicits profound mindset changes and behavior shifts powered by your very own soul, please take my take my outstretched hand…

You are here. I am here. And together, there is hope.

Humans are weary.

I believe cultivating joy is not just possible – but vital for humans to thrive – especially during such times as these.

Each page offers an encouraging step through a botanical garden with me as your companion, happy to travel alongside you at your own pace. No judgement. No shame. Just compassion, curiosity, and love.
